The Oh, City Method: Zero Cross-Contamination: Our strict color-coded microfiber system ensures bathroom cloths never touch kitchen or living surfaces. We utilize frequent hand-washing protocols to protect the integrity of your space. Clinical Restoration: We utilize higher-concentration premium solutions to penetrate the environmental film, kitchen grease, and bathroom limescale that standard maintenance cannot touch. The Invisible Clean: We go beneath the surface to target hidden layers. This includes a full detail of reachable light fixtures, interior windows and tracks, plus a manual damp-wipe of blinds to lift the "sticky" dust film. Service Inclusions: Vertical Scrubbing: Hand-washing of baseboards, doors, frames, and window sills. Walls receive a focused spot-cleaning for scuffs & marks. Kitchen Restoration: Heavy grease removal on backsplash and stovetop. Includes cabinet face & hardware scrubbing, stainless steel polishing, microwave interior, and appliance sanitization. Bathrooms: Intensive scrubbing of tile grout, shower glass calcium removal, and disinfection of difficult corners. Includes mirror polishing and fixture descaling. Living Areas: Detailed damp-dusting of tables, shelving, and hard surfaces. Includes vacuuming beneath accessible furniture and Hotel-Style alignment of décor. Bedrooms: Making of the bed with existing linens and detailed surface dusting to ensure a restful environment. Floors: Double-pass vacuuming and restorative mopping with premium solutions for deep clarity and streak-free shine. The Finish (Scent Seal): Every service concludes with our signature Scent Seal. We mist a custom blend from our Ritual Collection to ensure your home feels intentionally calm. First-time clients receive a complimentary bottle to extend the atmosphere between visits. Elevate your service by exploring our curated Add-On menu to customize the clean to your needs. Critical Policies: Condition: Rates assume standard condition. Biohazard, mold, or hoarding-level labor may require price adjustments or service refusal. We will always notify you first. Pet Policy: We love pets! Homes with 2+ pets may incur a fee for heavy dander/hair. Surcharges are communicated for approval prior to service.
Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: To respect the schedule of our dedicated service providers, Oh, City requires 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Less than 48 hours: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Same-Day / No-Show: The full service fee will be charged. 2. ENTRY & LOCKOUTS: Our technicians operate on a strict schedule. If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time (due to incorrect codes, missing keys, etc.), the appointment will be cancelled. In this event, the non-refundable deposit (50%) will be retained to cover travel logistics and reserved time. 3. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required to secure all calendar slots. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Vacuum Credit: If you selected "Use My Vacuum," the $10 credit will be applied to your final balance invoice. 4. THE "OH, CITY" PROMISE: We do not offer cash refunds, but we stand firmly behind our standards. If any area within the agreed scope was missed, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct that specific area at no additional charge. 5. SAFETY & BIOHAZARDS: For the health of our team, we strictly do not handle uncontained human/animal waste, pest infestations, hoarding, or active black mold. If found upon arrival, service will be terminated immediately, and the full booking fee will be retained as a hazardous lockout fee.
