Oh, City acts as a silent partner in your success, combining clinical hygiene with aesthetic clarity to ensure your space reflects the quality of your brand. The Oh, City Method: Brand Alignment: We maintain a "showroom-ready" standard, ensuring that waiting areas and conference rooms always leave a flawless first impression. Clinical Standards: We focus on sanitizing high-touch points (door handles, reception counters, communal tech) to protect the health and continuity of your team. Zero Cross-Contamination: Strict color-coded microfiber protocols ensure that restroom bacteria never migrate to individual desks or kitchenettes. Service Inclusions: Workstations: Sanitization of all clear desk surfaces. Includes detailed dusting of monitors, polishing of phone bases, and chair alignment. (Note: We do not move loose paperwork). Common Zones: De-cluttering and alignment of reception areas, waiting rooms, and conference tables. Includes magazine/décor straightening and glass entry door polishing. Kitchenette: Complete wipe down of counters, sink, and exterior appliances. Includes coffee station detailing, microwave interior, and replenishment of paper consumables (if provided). Restrooms (Max 1): Clinical scrubbing of toilet, sink, and vanity. Includes mirror polishing, chrome shine, and restocking of toiletries. Floors & Waste: Vacuuming and mopping of all hard floors. Emptying of all wastebaskets and replacement of liners. The Finish (Scent Seal): Every service concludes with our signature Scent Seal. We mist a subtle, professional blend from our Ritual Collection to ensure your team walks into a space that feels fresh, sharp, and focused. Critical Policies: Paper Policy: To protect data privacy, we do not move or stack loose documents. We only clean clear surface areas. Scope: Rates apply to standard professional offices. Medical suites, salons, or high-traffic retail spaces require a custom walk-through quote.
Cancellation Policy
1. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: To respect the schedule of our dedicated service providers, Oh, City requires 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Less than 48 hours: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. Same-Day / No-Show: The full service fee will be charged. 2. ENTRY & LOCKOUTS: Our technicians operate on a strict schedule. If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time (due to incorrect codes, missing keys, etc.), the appointment will be cancelled. In this event, the non-refundable deposit (50%) will be retained to cover travel logistics and reserved time. 3. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit is required to secure all calendar slots. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Vacuum Credit: If you selected "Use My Vacuum," the $10 credit will be applied to your final balance invoice. 4. THE "OH, CITY" PROMISE: We do not offer cash refunds, but we stand firmly behind our standards. If any area within the agreed scope was missed, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct that specific area at no additional charge. 5. SAFETY & BIOHAZARDS: For the health of our team, we strictly do not handle uncontained human/animal waste, pest infestations, hoarding, or active black mold. If found upon arrival, service will be terminated immediately, and the full booking fee will be retained as a hazardous lockout fee.
